These terms are between you and NP Consulting Group LLC, doing business as Legacy Life Group ("we," "us"). They apply to our CRM and agent tools membership and to any lead orders you place. By paying for the membership or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can join
The membership is for licensed life insurance agents who are at least 18 years old. You must give accurate information, including your National Producer Number (NPN) and licensed states, and keep it up to date. CRM access begins after we verify your licenses.
2. Membership and billing
The membership costs $97 per month. There is no free trial. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method on your signup date and on the same date each month until you cancel. Stripe processes all payments. We'll give you notice before changing the price.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by calling (702) 550-0211. You'll keep access until the end of your paid month, and you won't be charged again.
4. Membership refunds
Monthly fees aren't refunded for partial months. If we can't verify your license, we'll refund your first payment. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll correct it.
5. Lead orders
- Leads are optional, sold separately, and prepaid. The price per lead is shown before you pay.
- Leads are delivered in turn to members with a paid, open order.
- Each lead goes to one agent.
- You'll only receive leads from states where your license is verified.
- Delivery depends on available lead volume, and we don't guarantee a daily pace.
6. Lead replacements and refunds
You can report a disconnected number, wrong person, duplicate, or out-of-state lead within 72 hours of delivery. We'll review it and replace approved leads. If we can't fill your order within 30 days, you can request a refund for undelivered leads. A lead who doesn't answer, doesn't buy, or changes their mind isn't refundable.
7. Your responsibilities
- Keep your licenses and carrier appointments active, and tell us right away if a license changes or lapses.
- Follow all insurance, marketing, privacy, and consumer contact laws, including the TCPA and Do Not Call rules.
- Honor every opt-out and do-not-contact request.
- Use leads only to contact those consumers about the insurance they asked about.
- Don't sell, share, or transfer leads to anyone else.
- Keep your login private, and protect client and lead information.
8. No guarantee of results
We don't promise any level of income, sales, appointments, contact rates, or results. Your results depend on many things outside our control.
9. Suspension and termination
We may pause lead delivery or suspend or end your access if you break these terms, your license lapses, a payment fails, or we receive a compliance complaint. If we end your access without cause, we'll refund any undelivered prepaid leads.
10. Billing questions and disputes
Please call us before disputing a charge, and we'll work with you to resolve it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
11. Service availability
The membership and CRM are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover claims, fines, and costs that arise from your use of leads, your contact with consumers, or your breach of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. If you keep your membership after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, unless the law requires otherwise.
